DISCLAIMER NOTICE:
People skating at this venue do so entirely at their own risk and the management cannot be held responsible for any accidents caused by in house structures, objects or by actions of other skaters.
Roller Station Ltd is the owner and promoter of Roller Station. The acceptance and presentation of our booking reference / confirmation email to gain entry to the event constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions upon which Roller Station is prepared to grant entry, are as follows:
Party Packages

Party packages are for people aged 7 years old and over. Our packages can not be sold to anyone under 18 years old. No admission shall be allowed without a valid booking reference or confirmation email.

All children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Identification must be produced upon request. The parents/guardians are fully responsible for the control/behaviour of all children and the subsequent consequences of their actions.

Entry is restricted to the number of persons associated with the booking reference.

This ticket is valid for the party booking shown in the payment confirmation e-mail (the “event”) only and Roller Station reserves the right to vary the programme without refund of monies or exchange of booking.

Sorry, Roller Station is unable to offer refunds once a party has been booked unless 28 days notice has been given. You can exchange your package for the same or upgrade for a different date/time when options are available. If the event is cancelled by Roller Station a full refund will be given. Party bookings are not transferable to other events and are not for resale. If this booking is resold or transferred whether for profit or for commercial gain or otherwise by anyone it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the event.

All pre-purchased reservations are managed through the official Roller Station website. All bookings are for Roller Station parties and should be presented to the venue. Any attempt to present any other form of entry may lead to refusal of admission and possible prosecution. Unauthorised vendors will be prosecuted.

Please keep the booking reference safe as this is required for admission into your party.

Roller Station reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the venue for any reason including behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or annoyance of for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of Roller Station or its representatives staffing the event.

No animals will be admitted to the venue or any venue car parks.

No unauthorised filming/camera/sound recording – any breach will lead to confiscation of equipment.

Roller Station may record the event. Your attendance at the event shall constitute your approval for inclusion within the filming and audio recording and your approval/permission for Roller Station to make full use of the recordings and the footage taken.

Roller Station does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belongings. Roller Station is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage, howsoever caused to you except where such loss injury or damage is caused by the negligence of Roller Station, its employees or agents. Roller Station accepts liability for death and personal injury caused by its negligence but not otherwise.

No bottles or cans can be brought into the venue – any found will be confiscated.

Fireworks, smoke canisters, flags, banners, poles and similar articles are not permitted within the venue and any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected.

Smoking, alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the venue..

No unauthorised trading is permitted within the venue or any official car parking facility.

In the interests of public safety, Roller Station reserves the right to request you to leave the venue at any time for safety reasons or immediately after the event.

Please note that you will be exposed to loud music at the event. Please also be aware that strobe lighting may be used during the event.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Themed Event Bookings

Themed events are for people aged 7 years old and over. Our event tickets can not be sold to anyone under 18 years old.No admission shall be allowed without a valid booking reference or confirmation email.

Terms & Conditions of Sale
Roller Station Ltd ("Roller Station") is the owner and promoter of the events that are available on www.rollerstation.co.uk. Purchase of paid bookings constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.

All products and services are subject to availability.

Roller Station reserves the right to refuse to trade with individuals whose credentials cannot be verified, including those living in countries where debit/credit card fraud is known to be active.Roller Station will use discretion in these matter and the resultant decision is final.

Customers should refer to the Roller Station website www.rollerstation.co.uk for full information on the event/party package prior to booking.

On successful confirmation of order, the contracts of sale is made between Roller Station and the Customer and shall be deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions.

Goods and services are invoiced at the price prevailing at the time of order as applicable. Roller Station reserves the right to modify the prices from time to time.

Confirmed orders will be acknowledged with a confirmation email.

Payment processing is performed via SSL secure connections between our servers and Stripe's online payment system.

Roller Station accept the following credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Delta.

Roller Station reserve the right to refuse to trade with any individual where fraudulent use of a credit/debit card is suspected as, determined by Roller Station, their management, employees or agents acting on their behalf.

Roller Station reserve the right to refuse to transact with any country or countries where fraudulent use of credit/debit cards is considered by Roller Station management, employees or agents as excessive risk.

Please ensure all card details are entered correctly on the order form as incorrect data will result in the credit/debit card being rejected for payment and can cause delays to the order fulfilment process.

Payment is charged to the credit/debit card on confirmation of successful payment.

Bookings can only be made in the name and address of the card holder. Invoice/billing address must be the same as the card holders.

Roller Station reserve the right to request additional identification or make any other reasonable request in respect of credit/debit card address verification if deemed appropriate.

The customer must accept the booking on delivery. Delivery is deemed to take place when the confirmation email is sent whereupon the risks of loss or damage shall pass to the customer.

No physical tickets are dispatched.

No refund or exchanges of booking.

Booking confirmations lost, stolen, destroyed or invalidated will not be reissued and deemed void.
